The web animation ‘The Legend of Mortal Cultivation of Immortality’ is an adaptation of the novel work of the same name written by Forgotten Words, which is co-produced and produced by Beili Beili, Wanwei Renhe (Beijing) Technology Limited Liability Company, Jiangsu Force Digital Technology Co. and Golden Century Culture and Media Wuxi Co.
A total of 21 episodes were broadcast before the start of the second season of The Legend of Mortal Immortality, including the first season of The Mortal Wind Rises from the South of Heaven (all 17 episodes + a 4-episode special, The Battle of Yan’s Castle), which aired from 25 July 2020 [1-3] [8-9].On 21 November 2020, the decision to produce a yearly series was announced . The second season of the yearly series, Magic Road Battle, began airing on 14 November 2021 [1-3] [8-9]. The third season of the yearly series ‘Star Ocean Flight’ aired from 25 November 2023 .
Legend of Mortal Kombat is the first yearly series to be announced and produced in the history of bilibili’s national creation.
Episode Synopsis.
Ordinary teenager Han Li was born in poverty, and in order to give his family a better life, he voluntarily went to the Seven Xuan Clan to participate in the entrance examination, and was ultimately enrolled by Dr Mo under his tutelage.
At the beginning, Dr Mo’s careful cultivation of Han Li and teaching of medical skills make Han Li very grateful to him, but with the disappearance of Zhang Tie, a disciple who joined the sect together, Han Li discovers the true nature of Dr Mo.
Dr Mo attempted to take over Han Li, but was ultimately killed by Han Li in return. Through Dafu Mo’s suicide note Han Li learnt of the existence of a whole new world: the Immortal Cultivation World.
After helping the Seven Mysteries Sect fend off foreign enemies, Han Li left the Seven Mysteries Sect and went to Dr Mo’s home to find the Warm Sun Jade to cure the poison, and helped the Mo family defeat their enemies.
Through the mouth of Dr Mo’s daughter, Mo Caihuan, he learnt of the address of Tai Nan Xiao Hui, and Han Li decided to go there in order to follow the footsteps of the Immortal Cultivators. After bidding farewell to his family members, Han Li came to the Tai Nan Valley, and got acquainted with a group of Immortal Cultivators, and formally started his own Immortal Cultivation Journey.
Characters
Han Li
Han Li is from Wuligou, Qingniu Town, Mirror State, South Vietnam, and is a member of the Yan Clan. He looks ‘ordinary’, with dark skin, and is the fourth in his family. In his childhood, he was introduced to the Seven Mysteries Sect by his third uncle, and was accepted as a disciple by Doctor Mo because he has a spiritual root (four pseudo-spiritual roots lacking in gold), which allows him to practise Changchun Kung Fu, and he has been on his way to cultivate immortality ever since.
Nangong Wan
Nangong Wan cultivates the Vegetable Maiden Reincarnation Technique, but during her reincarnation, her magic power drops to the Qi Practising Stage. She blends into the Scarlet Forbidden Land as a Qi Practising Stage disciple, and kills Mo Jiao in a joint effort with Han Li to get the golden chest.
Purple Spirit
Purple shirt lightly dances to crown a great generation, and the spirit rhymes with a firm temperament. The daughter of the master of the Myriad Sound Sect in the Sea of Chaos, and Han Li first met in the Sea of Chaos, when the Purple Spirit wore a veil to cover her face, the veil is a treasure, and even Han Li’s Divine Consciousness was unable to see through.
Wen Si Yue

Mo Ju Ren
